Introduction to computer networking for beginners

Internet and computer networking technology, from Uniphantom Labs, notes developed by @TamaraDe'Perez (#ClassicBird). Bachelor of science in information technology (Countess Of Flawless).

Understanding computer networking terminologies, including the internet, various network protocols and layers, their hosts and ports. The client/server model and much more.

The Internet & Networking
The internet is a global system of interconnected network computers on the Network layer, which houses various applications such as the World Wide Web, Email applications and Web servers. The internet is based on the internet protocol on the Network layer and TCP/IP on the transport layer. A network is a group of computers over different hardware sharing resources over an area type network, hosts are usually accessed by static or dynamic IP addresses.

Network Protocols
In networking, protocols are communicating models to and over computer networks. There be various types of networking protocols including HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, UDP, SMTP, Telnet.

Network Layers
In networking many layers are significantly built for various purposes. Here counts the Network layer, where an IP server is connected by ISPs. The application layer which facilitates communication  amongst hosts, houses various applications i.e the World Wide Web, which is a resource of collaborative documents built on the Client/Server model, where a client accesses server for networking resources i.e an HTML page and other digital contents. The transport layer which is a conceptual methodology of building interconnected network applications.
